Introduction of testing procedure
Prepare the motor stator sample, place the stator sample stationary on the stator fixture, and connect one of the three phases of the stator (A/B/C) and the stator shell to the test electrode cup 1/2 in the oven. After the test starts, the oven will automatically heat up to the set temperature (you can also not set to heat up the oven, because the motor stator capacity is large, during the test itself will produce a hightemperature), the system will automatically apply the specified pulse voltage to the stator, so that the sample will produce corona until the sample is broken down. The software will automatically records and saves the time of sample corona resistance and other test parameters, and can print test reports.
